since V2.1, Z6 player had updated the hardware, so new firmware is not suitable for the old hardwares.

How to update firmware: 

please contact our customer support team ( support@phinistec.com) and let us know your current firmware version before getting the latest firmware packs. 

1.please uncompress the file in a computer, then, copy the "upgrade.hex" into the internal memory of Z6.

2.after that, in Z6, setting, click firmware update.

it will update automatically.
